Through Those Eyes

Through those eyes, 
I have felt a distance calling. 
Through those same eyes, 
I have felt the breeze, of someone falling.

Something tells me to hold on, 
and to not let go.
And in that beautiful strangers eyes, 
there’s a stare I want to know.

I want to give her something,
that only I can give.
To awaken her heart.
Something that truly makes her ‘live.’

And through  those eyes
I could die a thousand times.
If time divulged the secret,
that one day she’d be mine. 

Through those eyes,
you’ve made me feel brand new.
And that’s not common.
So now I want something for you...

Something that of a mutual stare.
Carrying the promise of a love.
	And the time it takes to get there.
