Photographer: John Warden Two Shadows in the Moonlight By: JoAnna Martin I look back on the days, days long into the past, in a time where the moments we shared went too fast. Flipping through the pages of Collected Memories, a cherished book existing in my mind of secret fantasies. These treasured recollections that time can’t take away, hidden within a desire that no one knew existed- a passion growing day by day. I know how far away you are but somehow I often feel you near. Alone at night knowing that somehow you’re there, I try not to shed a tear. Your tenderness is always with me, unceasingly warming my heart. Though the longing inside is so hard to hide, I go on knowing we’ll never be apart. You’ll be out there tossing pebbles at my window in the night, knowing soon I'll stand beside you, two shadows in the moonlight.
