Fly Away

Fly away bird,
you were meant to be free.
You were meant to be out in the sky,
not with me.
Go on now bird,
spread your wings and fly.
It's time to make a new life.
It's time to say good-bye.
Enjoy your life bird,
I hope you have fun.
I hope you find happiness
in all you become.
Good-bye bird,
I'll miss you so.
But I know in my heart
I must let you go.
Remember me bird,
because I won't forget you.
Think of me through your flights
and all we've been through.
