Artist: Luis Royo In My Dreams By: JoAnna Martin In dreams, unconfessed desires come true, In my dreams, I'm always hand in hand with you. With an undying passion and a vivid imagination, sound asleep, the night hours become my salvation; the only time we can be what we really are, instead of two lovers in love only wishing on a star. In my dreams we walk along a moonlit shore, listening to the wind whisper its intimate lore. Hand in hand gazing into one another's eyes, we surrender to desire and our hearts cries. With our lips pressed together in a passionate kiss, I wonder if anything will ever be as good as this. It's times like these I hope the sun will never rise- at the break of dawn, my love once again must be disguised. But the dream is fading slowly, day light is breaking, reality settles in as my conscious soul is waking. Soon I'll have to seize the day and face the world, it seems, smiling only at the recollection of last nights dream, knowing those who don't dream, don't have much, no angel to embrace, no fantastical touch, no passionate kisses by the light of the moon, no magical moments that take flight too soon. So pull me under the surface to escape reality and drown me deep within my fantasies. Pull me under, I know I'll have no fear, because in my dreams, you are always here.
