I Want...

I want someone to hold me
when I feel I have nothing to hold onto.
Someone who can look into my eyes
and see the tears before they form.
I want someone who can touch me 
and make my pain and sadness  
fade through his fingers.
Someone who will lean close and whisper
"I'm here for you always."
I want someone who thinks about me 
as often as I think about him
and always misses me when I'm gone.
Someone who wants to know me,
who cares about what I feel
and that is not afraid to share with me 
the feelings that hibernate within him. 
I want someone who can say "I love you" 
at the most unexpected of times
and be honest enough to mean it.
Someone who can bring a smile to my face
and put me in a pleasant state of euphoria
no matter how unhappy I am.
I want someone who will complete me
and make me feel whole.
Someone who's love is as honest
and as genuine as mine.
I want you.
