You Could Be Mine By: JoAnna Martin In a time long ago and a place far away, I fell in love so deep. Now I have that feeling once again, my mind wanders while I sleep. When I first met you, I should’ve known that it would be too late. That someone else had already stolen your heart. For us, it wasn’t fate. But when I heard your voice and your tender words I somehow already knew that no matter what I did, I wouldn’t be able to stop from falling in love with you. But unfortunately for me it’s an unrequited love, a love that is not mutual. The love I feel will always be more intense than yours I guess we don’t have a future. If you could only love me the way I love you, things would work out fine. We could set ourselves free-I could be yours and you could be mine.
