Artist: Matthew Goodsell A Voice in the Night By: JoAnna Martin I always thought my doors had been closed and that all my opportunities passed. I always thought I had lost control of life and that all my dreams lie in the past. But then came you - a voice in the night giving me hope and shedding some light. Then came you, grasping my heart, mending the pieces that had fallen apart. I am a stranger watching and waiting for you. Give yourself to me. I am a stranger burning for you- falling for you quickly. Here you are this voice in the night giving me hope and shining some light. Here you are grasping my heart, mending the pieces that once fell apart. Without you I am nothing - empty and lonely, a lost soul out of place. Without you I’m afraid of not seeing the light- afraid of the problems I have to face. But you come again - a voice in the night giving me hope and shedding some light. You come again, grasping my heart, mending the pieces that had fallen apart. Will I still be longing for you in days to come or will you come to me? Will I still be longing to feel your love or is it there already? You come to me - a voice in the night giving me hope and shining some light. You come to me, grasping my heart, giving me love and hopes for a new start.
